Additional Delivery Info

• We use Royal Mail Priority service for deliveries in the Uk
• Orders placed before 4pm on a working day will dispatched that day. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day.
• Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
• All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
• In our dispatch email you'll have your unique tracking number for your order. Please check your junk folder, if you haven't got the email.
  
• We are not liable for items claimed as undelivered or lost if deliveries are confirmed and shown as signed for. Please contact the courier in the event of a dispute on a parcel that is shown as signed for. We may assist in the claims process however please note this may or may not be successful following any investigation by the courier.
• Orders that are undeliverable will be returned to sender by the courier. Any further costs for resending undeliverable items may be charged to the customer.
